Sébastien Blanc
Biography:
Sébastien Blanc is a Senior Software engineer for E-id!, a Dutch IT company.
He discovered Grails in 2006 during the Javapolis conference (now called Devoxx), and ever since then he has not been able to stop using it! (in a good way). He is an active member of the NLGUG (The Dutch Groovy&Grails user group) and has become somewhat of a "grails evangelist" in the Netherlands.
He is the author of the iWebKit grails plugin, a plugin that will boost the development process for mobile folks .The new release includes contain some very cool features such as often touted but rarely delivered geolocalization support.
He is currently working on more specific HTML5 features such as offline support and also focusing on making the plugin multiplatform (android, iphone).
