Philippe Delebarre

Biography:

Philippe Delebarre is IT Project Manager at the European Patent Office (EPO), The Hague, Netherlands. Before joining the EPO in 2006, Philippe worked for 7 years in Product Management of IT products for airline industry having different roles from business analyst to team manager. At the EPO he and his team are in charge of the implementation of the Data Flow Platform and processes running on the platform.

Philippe holds a degree in computer engineering from ENSIIE, Evry (a French 'Grande Ecole') and a MBA in management of information systems and international marketing from the University of Sarasota, Florida and International School of Management, Paris.
