Danish VAT rules:
VAT (in Danish: 'Moms') will be added to your invoice.
- For Danish companies:
- Please enter your CVR number for accounting reasons.
- For companies within EU:
- You will be able to get VAT refunded through your countrys VAT office. Please enter your VAT number for accounting reasons.
- For companies outside EU:
- You can leave this field blank.
Danish VAT can be refunded by filling out this form.
Remarks:
Let us know if you are a vegetarian, if you are disabled, or if there is other things we need to know, in order to make this conference a GR8 experience to you.
Discount code:
If you have a valid discount code, please enter it here, otherwise leave this field blank.
Payment:
The conference fee will be invoiced from our accountant a few days after you've confirmed your registration. The conference is held by the Danish JUG (Javagruppen.dk) and the invoice will come from here.
Refund policy
If you for some reason have to cancel your conference pass, the following rules apply:

| Before April 15th. | 50% refund |
| Before May 1st. | 25% refund |
| After May 1st. | No refund |
A conference pass can always be transferred to another person, should you become unable to attend.
